Thus it make sense that in sword & sandal / sword & sorcery comics / movies women of 'pagan' background go topless (weather permitting) -yet not in Middle-Earth, Tolkien was a devout Catholic. abdul666https://www.blogger.com/profile/16172686098173637906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5652234729744168364.post-90085694878841570812010-12-16T11:49:23.622+11:002010-12-16T11:49:23.622+11:00Those are the old DVDs. They get progressively worse with the next two. I remember being really psyched to see part 4 as Rick Hill returned to the role, but damn if it was a horrible sequel. All the sequels reuse scenes from the first movie and also use music from BATTLE BEYOND THE STARS as far as I remember.venoms5https://www.blogger.com/profile/13655919099947763891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5652234729744168364.post-45030993503870789772010-12-10T15:43:58.566+11:002010-12-10T15:43:58.566+11:00Watching this does not prepare you for Deathstalke...Watching this does not prepare you for Deathstalker II, but then again, nothing really does.Samuel Wilsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00934870299522899944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5652234729744168364.post-25539036295847523592010-12-09T18:17:58.641+11:002010-12-09T18:17:58.641+11:00This is one of my all time favorites period. And yes, this one got released at the Drive In in my neck of the woods.

Strangely enough, when it played on the Turner owned TNT cable channel as part of a Barbi Benton birthday bash, there was about 15 minutes of additional footage put back into the movie. Not sure where this stuff came from but it was a lot of stuff including additional fight scenes and, believe it or not, at least one extra shot of gore--a head seen flying through the air is shown landing on the ground.venoms5https://www.blogger.com/profile/13655919099947763891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5652234729744168364.post-11121544238786119942010-12-09T15:25:32.071+11:002010-12-09T15:25:32.071+11:00Almost all Corman movies got theatrical releases r...Almost all Corman movies got theatrical releases right up into the early 1990s.Marty McKeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05516468586469252914noreply@blogger.com
