A lot of viewers seem to think that the protagonists being England's most middle-class biker gang is a mistake, that they should be terrifying Hell's Angels satanists but the filmmakers messed it up. Pretty sure that's the point!
My only real issue is that final effects shot, normally that kind of thing doesn't bother me but here it really does put a damper on the whole thing.Morganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16485919836211386108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5652234729744168364.post-83211530701660540182024-03-01T04:30:42.449+11:002024-03-01T04:30:42.449+11:00I've heard of this, but never seen it. I'll often say things like "and then the first murder takes place" rather than saying "and then Lord Barrington is murdered".

I've always thought that compared to most online reviews I'm reasonably careful about spoilers.

For me the whole point of a review is to give people some idea of whether they're likely to enjoy the movie or not, and to do that you have to give some indication of what kind of story it is.dfordoomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02306293859869179118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5652234729744168364.post-5094005788860974722024-01-29T23:45:41.062+11:002024-01-29T23:45:41.062+11:00Not watching a movie because you know some spoiler...Not watching a movie because you know some spoilers is a sad reaction. Surely most movies have more going for them than just the plot. You might be missing a movie that looks really good, has great setpiece scenes and good acting. Someone who won't watch PSYCHO, for example, because they know the ending is missing a damn fine film. In my reviews, I try to announce major spoilers with a warning, but still, I hope most viewers don't let knowing a spoiler deter them from watching a worthwhile film.Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05577274295584935366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5652234729744168364.post-69743324101976543272024-01-17T11:17:05.234+11:002024-01-17T11:17:05.234+11:00tom j jones said...
